Prices in U.S. dollars
This site is run by ProgressHQ (Progress, Not Perfection). By using it you confirm you are 18 or older, that the details you give are yours and accurate, and that you accept these terms alongside our Refund and Returns Policy and Privacy Policy.
Prices are in U.S. dollars and include U.S. shipping. We can change prices at any time; the price charged is the one shown when the order was placed. Payment is taken when the order is placed and our processor may request authorization checks. Sales tax is added only where we are required to collect it.
We may cancel or limit an order for reasons such as pricing errors, fraud screening, reseller-sized quantities or an address we cannot ship to. If we cancel a paid order you are refunded in full. Custom and made-to-order items cannot be changed once production starts — message us quickly if you spot a mistake.
Kits ship within the United States at launch and are dispatched within 2 business days. Risk and ownership of an item pass to you when it is delivered to the address on the order. Items lost or damaged in transit are covered by our returns policy.
Buying a printable gives you a perpetual, personal, non-transferable license to use the files yourself or with your group: print as many copies as you like.
You may not resell, give away, re-upload, drop into a shared group drive, or build a paid product or service on top of them. Files arrive by instant download and by email; keep your own copy — we can re-send, but storing it is the point of a printable.
Revisions to a list are free for the life of the store. Digital items are not refundable once downloaded, as set out in the returns policy.
Photos, reviews and stories you submit stay yours. You give us permission to show them on the site and in emails with your first name only, unless you ask otherwise. Please do not send anything that is not yours to share.
Our brand, product names, checklist layouts, copy and page design belong to ProgressHQ. You may print our lists for your own use; you may not rebuild and sell something that looks like them.
Our kits and checklists are practical travel help, not professional, medical, legal or safety advice, and they are not a substitute for common sense or the rules of your airline, cruise line or destination. Nothing here is a warranty that a trip will go smoothly. To the extent the law allows, our liability for an order is limited to the amount you paid for it, and we are not liable for losses that were not caused by us.
We update these when the shop changes — new products, new states we ship to, new obligations. The version on the site when you order is the one that applies to that order.
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which ProgressHQ operates, without affecting your own consumer rights where you live.
