Refund and Returns Policy

Kits are packed to order, so we keep this short and honest. If something arrives wrong, we would rather fix it than leave you holding it.

We ship inside the United States at launch

Physical kits

You have 30 days from the day your kit is delivered to contact us about it. To be returnable, the kit needs to be unused and in its original packaging, with the tags and inserts we sent.

Damaged, defective or the wrong item

Tell us within 30 days of delivery and include your order number plus a photo of the item and the packaging. We will send a replacement, or refund the full price if a replacement is not possible. Return shipping in these cases is on us.

Changed your mind

Unopened kits can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Return shipping is paid by the customer, and the refund is issued to your original payment method once the kit is back with us and checked. Because U.S. shipping is already built into the kit price, the refund is the full price you paid.

How to start a return

Message us from our Contact page with your order number.
Tell us which item and why.
We reply with the return address and instructions — please do not send anything back before that.
Refunds are usually visible on your statement within 5–10 business days after we approve the return.

Custom and made-to-order items

Custom kits and anything personalized (names, dates, group details) is made for you alone, so it cannot be returned unless it arrived with an error or a defect. If the personalisation is wrong because of something we did, we reprint it or refund it.

Product colors may vary based on availability. Before an order ships we contact you to ask about color preference and do our best to match it, so a color difference on its own is not treated as a defect.

Digital printables

Files are licensed for personal use: print as many copies as you like for yourself, your family or your group. Please do not resell, redistribute or share the files.

Digital lists are delivered as an instant download, so they are generally not refundable once downloaded. If you have not downloaded the files yet, write to us within 14 days of purchase and we will refund you in full.

Missing file, blank page or a corrupted PDF? Send us a note and we will re-send the files or refund you — your choice. Updates to a list you bought are always free.

Shipping and delivery

Kits leave us within 2 business days of the order being placed.
U.S. shipping is free and included in the price of every kit.
Allow 3–7 business days in transit after dispatch.
If your kit is late or stuck, message us before opening a dispute — we can usually trace it faster than a claim.
